  • What is Social Wood Works return and exchange policy?

          We offer returns on all orders, except any orders that were custom made. If you would like to return an item you have purchased, please email us for further instructions and indicate the reason for your return along with a receipt or proof of purchase. Products purchased on SocialWoodWorks.com may be returned within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, not customized, and is part of our current product line. The return will be subject to return shipping costs. International customers are responsible for return freight to SocialWoodWorks in the United States and must mark the package “US Goods Returned” in the description box on the airway bill when returning product. Customers are responsible for filing for refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency. Please allow 7-10 business days, once we have received your return, for processing your return.

          Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
